El pasado 24 de Junio se celebró en el Teatro Centro Cultural Norte-Universidad del Ayuntamiento de Móstoles, la celebración de la Festividad del patrón de la Policía Municipal. En dicho acto, al que amablemente invitaron a nuestra Empresa, entre otros actividades, se rindió homenaje a la bandera por parte de unidades de la Policía Municipal y se entregaron diversas medallas al Mérito a Policías e instituciones municipales.

En el solemne acto se dieron cita tanto altos representantes de las FF.CC.S.E, Alcalde, Concejales y diversas autoridades de la Ciudad.

¿Qué es lo más importante de un Sistema de Integración? Algunos pensarán que quizá la tecnología a utilizar, otros la interfaz gráfica, otros la capacidad de integrar distintas marcas o fabricantes de equipos, algunos otros la capacidad de integración entre los distintos subsistemas CCTV, Incendios, Intrusión, Control de Accesos, etc.

Por supuesto que considero que todos estos puntos son importantes, y en muchos casos imprescindibles en algunas soluciones concretas, pero en mi opinión, hay dos cuestiones fundamentales previas a todas las anteriores, las cuales a veces por ser evidentes, quedan relegadas a un segundo plano: ¿Qué necesita realmente nuestro cliente? ¿Quién o quiénes van a manejar el sistema, su formación, perfil, etc.?
